Seth is recognized as a real estate industry leader.
With 12 years of high-performance experience behind him, he has excelled in building businesses in several branches of real estate, namely real estate sales and real estate investing.
His current focus is the expansion of his residential real estate sales team based in Halton, Ontario and his real estate investment company. Seth currently holds his Broker licence, which he earned after only two years in the business.
Seth was excited to be tapped to host the cable TV show, Real Estate Simplified. Expert guests join Seth to discuss a wide range of real estate related topics, ranging from staging and decor, to renovations, all the way through to investing and building a real estate investment portfolio.
Seth is the host of Purchase to Profits, a daily real estate investing podcast.
Seth was thrilled to publish his first real estate book, Sell For More, in early 2018.
His vast experience and knowledge of multiple facets of the real estate industry allows him to speak expertly on a number of topics, including residential sales, residential investing, multi-family investing, as well as government policy and market trends.
Seth is a former major junior and professional hockey referee. Before entering real estate, he was hired as a full time referee by the USHL and lived in the United States while working several major junior and professional leagues. Some of the leagues he worked include the OHL, IHL, OHA, NAHL, SPHL, and several NHL rookie tournament games. He attained his Level 6, which is the highest tier available to amateur officials in Canada. He was picked to work several Hockey Canada National Championships, including the RBC Cup gold medal game, and the Allan Cup, as well as the Under 17 World Challenge gold medal game between the USA and Russia, and World Junior Championship exhibition games.
He now volunteers helping young referees starting out in minor hockey.
He plays the bagpipes competitively and travels to highland games across North America competing with his band in the summer months.
Seth is also a former member of a Celtic music group that toured in Canada and the United States. He enjoys composing music, and has written a number of marches, reels, jigs, and airs for several different instruments.
An admitted history nerd, Seth is particularly interested in British military history during the Napoleonic era.
